A MAN IN his 20s who was arrested in connection with the alleged false imprisonment of a woman in a vehicle in Co Kerry last Sunday has been charged.
He was due to appear before the District Court in Cork city this morning.
The alleged incident occurred on Clieveragh Road on the outskirts of Listowel town at roughly 3.20 am on Sunday morning.
Gardaí said investigations were ongoing.
